什么是Email ?
字面上意思就是“邮件外展”,简单讲是通过邮件让其他博主审核您的产品,网站,服务等,增加你的网站、商业目标完成。

我基本上每天都要写 email,主要是发给行业博主, KOL,行业牛人等。大部分还是有回复的,最终的合作能否达成还得看内容质量、Money、关系是否铁…(和国内一样)

一. 客座博客邮件推广模板 (Guest Post)
Guest post虽然没有SEO反向链接那么强大,但是你做得好,它会为你的网站带来大量的潜在用户!
在高权威的网站博客发帖并不像以前那样容易了,这些博主也知道他们网站的链接具有非常大的价值,所以他们对客座博客的审核越来越严苛。
你可以尝试用这样的Guest Post模板,成功率会大很多!

二. 利用别人网站死链做外链
这是国外网站站长非常常用的一种做高质量外链的策略,国外叫做 link 。
先用 link check类的工具扫一下找到他网站的 link, 然后告诉他,它的网站有死链,我有更好的链接替换。这样尝试获得高质量外链。
在具体操作中,其实挺麻烦的,如果你一封邮件过去,很多站长直接去掉那个死链,然后不回复你。。。
所以你需要制作两个邮件,不要一次告诉他哪里有死链,你的替换链接是什么。可以尝试这样的死链获得外链的 Email模板:
第一封,询问对方是否有意愿看你的 link list,吸引他回复。

第二封,发送broke links + urls.

三. 资源列表页外链的Email
很多高权重网站都可能列举了某项资源列表。例如电子元器件行业通过工具看到很多综合技术站点都列举了很多元器件购买地址。
例如: 权重80多,而且还是edu资源。我就通过下面这个模板搞到了一个外链。

四. 利用“”获取外链的Email
SEO大神Brian Dean创作了这个词,他在“How to get ”一文中提到了这个词,意思就是 +guest ,Guest Post信息图的方式创造外链。
一旦你做了一个高质量的信息图(使用信息图工具),你就可以找几个相关的细分网站,给他们发邮件,看看他们能否guest post你精心制作的信息图。
邮件模板:

五. 在你的网站上线前宣传网站
找到行业的KOL(用KOL查找工具),博客大V,你就可以通过Email 来建立联系看他是否能帮助我们提前做好网站宣传。

如果你有博客页面,你写一个文章前,你给这些大佬发送这样的email,如果有人有兴趣,说明这个帖子主题可以,如果你发了很多,都没人给你回复,可能表面你这个帖子主题有问题,别人不感兴趣。
一旦你发布了Post后,你可以联系那些回复“Yes”的人。

六. 文章上线后宣传。
我的邮件里每天都有几十封邮件,除了工作/客户/合作等邮件。最多的邮件就是email 关于我是否对他们的产品感兴趣。如果我真的是他们的潜在客户,我觉得我会看。但有些人真的是乱发,看标题我就直接扔垃圾箱了。我觉得文章类的好做一些,产品类的功利性太大,和你不熟的人,很难有成交的那一步。

这是营销总监分享的成功案例,也很有代表性。当KOL/博主公开喜欢或不喜欢你的产品的适合,这表明他真正的使用过你的产品,他这是在给你的产品做反馈建议,你感谢他表明改进态度,邀请他使用。。。

这一个相对来说比较难,用Email做调查数据(调查帖子写作内容/困扰问题等),花费别人太多时间的事,别人是不愿意做的。所以做这个调查,你一定要定位准确,找你的潜在用户。
