请注意，从3月21日开始， 上海巴西签证申请中心将不会把预约重新安排给其他申请人，其中包括如下情况（没有到签证中心递交材料，或者提交不完整，有错误的材料）。同时，请所有申请人在进行线上预约的时候正确填写申请表上的12位协议号码（格式为 -)。协议号码填错可能会导致签证中心拒绝接受您的申请。
关于广州巴西签证申请中心的通知
一旦收到签证申请，广州巴西领事馆不接受护照返还请求。请接受我们花费足够时间申请签证。向领事馆发送的关于护照返还的请求以及签证申请状态的邮件将不予回复。此外，申请人本人应该到中心进行材料递交，否则，申请人可选择以下递交方式:
a) 旅游和家庭团聚类签证，只要提供亲属关系证明，可以由一名家庭成员为其他家庭成员申请。
b) 公司签证部门可以代表员工提交VITEM和VIVIS签证办理业务。
c) 经领事馆授权的旅行社可代表其客户申请签证。
通过外包机构的申请将不再被接受(即使公司持有授权或委托书)。领事馆强调，将不再允许第三方代表申请人申请。
